You can buy the entire battlechip-table with 22 Gutman Cips,
6 BombMan Chips, 6 FireMan Chips, 4 IceMan Chips and 8 ElecMan Chips.
This way you have at least one of every chip. if you want to have 
3 of each, Just buy 3x more of the basic chips adavable in chip-shop
Cost of buying whole adavable table in Chapter 1 is 23,000 N$
It is up to you is that worth of buying and synthesizing,
but who wouldnt want to have every chip?
I didnt calculate which way is the cheapest way to get every chip,
but if there is a cheaper way it wont be that much cheaper that it
would be worth it.
